A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.
Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Deposits may be transferred once with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
| Payment Terms |
The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the service via cash or bank transfer, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

All quotes are based on the information provided at the time of booking.
Final pricing may increase if the vehicle condition differs (e.g. excessive dirt, pet hair, mould, sand, or biohazards).
You will always be informed before any additional charges are applied.

Whilst every effort is made to restore your vehicle to the highest standard, stain removal is not guaranteed.
Some stains (including but not limited to dye transfer, chemical damage, and deep-set staining) may be permanent.
