HEADLIGHT RESTORATION

Over time, UV exposure, weather and road grime can leave headlights yellow, cloudy and oxidised, reducing their clarity and potentially affecting how effectively light is projected onto the road. Headlight restoration removes the damaged surface to restore a clearer finish, improving the appearance of your vehicle and helping maximise the performance of your existing headlights. It can also be a much more affordable alternative to replacing the entire headlight unit, while a UV-resistant protective coating helps keep the restored finish looking clearer for longer.

STEP 1: SANDING

Headlights come with a clearcoat from the factory and over time UV and chemical weathering breaks down this coating and turns it cloudy or yellow, so we asses the damage and choose the best method of sanding to remove as much as possible of the damaged yellow coating.

STEP 2: POLISHING

After the sanding process is complete we will do a multi stage polish using a heavy cut compound and then on to a refine polishing stage to bring you headlights back to clear again.

STEP 3: PROTECTING

Now its time to seal them again. once complete we will seal your headlights with a high perfomace ceramic coating giving you another 2-3 years protection.
